The Cecelia Paine fonds consists of original records from more than 175 projects, as well as records relating to Paine’s education and career. Material includes landscape architectural drawings, plans, contracts, slides, photographs, and correspondence related to various projects, including her work on the National Capital Commission on the Ottawa Greenbelt; the Mackenzie King Estate in Gatineau Park, Quebec; the redesign of the Sparks Street Mall, Ottawa; the Queen's Park Legislative Assembly building, Toronto; landscape development planning for the Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village, Alberta; and therapeutic landscape for the Lakeshore Psychiatric Hospital, Etobicoke. Drawings from her time as a student at the University of Illinois and the University of Michigan are also included.
