The Margaret Fraser collection consists of correspondence, publicity, research materials and recipes, brand name product histories, reviews and articles, photographs, magazine articles, newspaper clippings, workshop and conference materials on food styling, information related to Canada's Food Guide to Healthy Eating, press releases, and publicity materials.

The Margo Oliver fonds consists of articles and clippings from the "Weekend Magazine", which Oliver edited from 1959 to 1979.

The Marie Nightingale fonds consists of correspondence, manuscripts and broadcast scripts, photographs, clippings and promotional materials about Nightingale and her work, records relating to Saltscapes magazine, and newspaper articles and columns written by Nightingale including the "Good Cooking" column (Metro Telecaster), the "Best Buys" column (The Mail-Star); the "Food," "Living Today," "Food for Thought," and "Food in the Fast Lane" columns (The Chronicle-Herald and The Mail-Star); and the "Seasoned to Taste" column (Fifty Plus).

The collection consists of correspondence, magazine articles and newspaper clippings, certificates and awards, trophies and statues, medals and plaques, suet sculptures, photograph albums and scrapbooks (dismantled), and biographical material related to Austrian-born Chef Nick Schweizer. Photographs include pictures of Schweizer, early family photos, food presentations, buffet displays, food sculptures and sculpting, medal winners and food displays at various competitions and Culinary Olympics, group photos, chefs, kitchens, banquets and events, and of Schweizer's retirement.

The fonds contains draft and published articles and manuscripts, proofs, interviews and other audio-visual materials, event materials, and other records created by or relating to cookbook author, food writer, and teacher Norene Gilletz.

The collection consists of correspondence, newspaper clippings, column writings, awards, cooking schools and tours information, and photographs related to the life and career of Norma Bidwell.

Fonds consists of materials related to the career of Rose Murray, including manuscripts and research notes for her publications such as: A Taste of Canada, Hungry for Comfort, Quick Chicken, A Year in My Kitchen, and Cellar and Silver, among others. This fonds also includes publicity, newspaper clippings, reviews of her cookbooks, correspondence, original recipes and other contributions to various publications including Canadian Living, Elm Street, Homemaker's Magazine, Epicure, President's Choice Magazine, and others. It also includes Rose Murray’s work for various industry groups such as Foodland Ontario, as well as menus and ephemera from travel and culinary events.

The Una Abrahamson Collection of cookery books and social histories ranges from the 17th to 20th centuries and includes more than 2,700 recipe books, as well as never-published manuscripts. The University of Guelph acquired the collection shortly before her death in February 1999. The archival portion of the collection includes a tape of the CBC "This Morning" interview and discussion about Una Abrahamson and her books from March 8, 1999, a videotape of the Global TV news report (March 1999) announcing the University's acquisition of the collection, a short biography of Abrahamson, as well as press clippings, articles, and photographs. An original bibliographic typescript catalogue for the collection, with occasional handwritten, is also included.
