Title taken from contents of the fonds. The fonds consists of the Special Committee structure and purpose, meeting notices and agendas, various subcommittees, meeting minutes and reports; One Farm Organization contributions, marketing board correspondence, travelling expenses, etc.

The Stephen Sylvester Main collection contains glass negatives taken by Main. Subjects include houses, people, school groups, farms and barns, livestock, sight seeing, churches, self portraits, industrial, lakes, funerary, etc. The collection also contains scanned images on DVDs of most of the negatives.

The Sweet family fonds contains 86 handwritten diaries written by Rosamond McKenney Sweet (1863-1962), her husband John Blake Sweet Jr. (1860-1956), her daughters Maud Sweet (1898-1969) and Melba Sweet (1900-2003), and her daughter-in-law Charlotte “Aleta” Dance Sweet (1892-1973), wife of Eugene Lewis Sweet (1892-1982). The diaries cover the period from 1881 to 2003. Various letters, newspaper clippings, and photographs are also included, as well as a copy of Jean Charlotte Sweet Bishop’s, The Sweetholm Story: Remembering an Ontario Farm Family (Oshawa: Drumlin Press, 2016).

The Sylvester Brothers Manufacturing Company collection contains catalogues of agricultural implements, photographs, articles and newspaper clippings, correspondence, invoices, and a Sylvester Bros. Farmers’ Almanac (1887).
