Materials related to the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, Canadian National Exhibition, Meat Packers Council of Canada, Agricultural Institute of Canada, Ontario Institute of Agrologists, Junior Farmers' Association of Ontario, and the Canadian Society of Animal Science; references to Frank Archibald, Ronald Bagg, Bruce Beer, Donald Fletcher, William Knox, Daniel Laverty, Dean Parrott, George Raithby, L.T. Sonley, Michael Stillwell, and William Sutherland; and various publications, including Varsity news, Varsity graduate, Junior Farmer news, Royal newsletter, Junior Farmer and 4-H quarterly, Ontario Institute of Agrologists newsletter, CSAS newsletter, Farm Forum guide, 50 years after : a history of the class of year '39 OAC, and the Scottish farmer album, are included. Posters are for the Royal Winter Fair (1974-1976, 1978, 1983-1984, 1987, 1989), the C.N.E., the Junior Farmers' Association of Ontario 50th anniversary (1994), and others. Some county road maps are also included, as well as Watson’s OAC sweater and band jacket.

The Colwill and Calvert collection contains correspondence, architectural drawings and plans, sketches, school writing books and grammar and poetry papers, drawing books, and diaries of the Colwill and Calvert family, including Fanny Colwill Calvert (1848-1936) of 68 Queen Street, Guelph, and her son, Guelph architect William Frye Colwill (1871-1928). Items include drawing books, 11 large plans of Guelph Collegiate, 3 large plans of Dominion Linen Manufacturing Company Factory, drawings of Rev. P. Jensen's cottage on Acton Island, Muskoka, front elevation of Stratford Public Library, a drawing of the verandah on the Colwill home (86 Liverpool St., Guelph) from 1908; 4 plans of the Holliday house in Guelph, a list of tenders received, a book of bylaws and rules for the Priory Club of Guelph (1893), an 1887 Latin course text, a photograph of the Royal Templar's Dramatic Club dated May 1, 1893, articles and newspaper clippings on W. Frye Colwill and Fanny Colwill Calvert (1987-2009).

The collection also contains original needlework made by Fanny and Minnie Colwill, including Battenberg lace, tatting, crochet edgings, hairpin lace, and Irish crochet. Some items are mounted on pink tissue sewn and glued onto cardboard as exhibition samples for display. A handwritten list of accounts for prizes won at fall fairs for Fanny’s needlework items from 1916-1917 and articles with pictures of lace examples from "Ontario Showcase" (Sept. 1979), "City & Country Home" (Summer 1983), "Antiques Showcase" (Feb. 1988), and Frederick Herrschner catalogue no. 10 (1910-1911), are also included.
