Articles relating to the Stone property and house, Morton Lodge (Johnston Hall), are also included.

Topics covered in the notebooks include bacteriology, contagious diseases, pathology, bacteriology, diseases and treatment, anatomy, physiology, chemistry, and materia medica. Also includes 9 p. (photocopies) of the Kelly family genealogy and history taken from the Buttonville Tweedsmuir history.

The Gilkinson-Fraser collection contains correspondence, broadsides, notebooks, military records related to the Elora Volunteer Rifle Company (later the 30th Wellington Battalion), and other materials related to the Gilkinson, Fraser, Allan, Clarke, Geddes, Wissler, Reynolds, and other Wellington County families.

The Goble family fonds contains diaries, correspondence, financial records, and legal documents related to the Goble family of Oxford County, Ontario, including the diaries of Roseltha Wolverton Goble (1835-1919), covering the period of 1857 to 1919, as well as correspondence and Civil War journals written by two of Roseltha’s brothers, Jasper (1843-1861) and Alfred (1838-1863). Account books and legal documents related to Goble’s Corners and Penhurst Farm, Woodstock, Oxford County, Ontario from 1884 to 1950, family records kept by Jacob Goble Sr. from 1777 to 1841, and a diary and cash book kept by Eva Goble, Roseltha's daughter-in-law, from 1918 to 1944, is also included.
