The Barlow-Sullivan collection contains photographs and memorabilia relating to horses and professional boxers collected by W.W. Sullivan and H.M. Barlow. Horse photos of trotters, pacers, roadsters, thoroughbreds, hackneys, hunters, jumpers, horses under saddle, show jumpers, American Saddle Bred, as well as personal photos, greeting cards, a scrapbook, a book of anecdotes, and clippings are included. Photographs of the Jack Johnson-Kid Cotton fight at the World’s Championships battle held on July 4, 1910, in Reno, Nevada, is also included.
